We look forward to welcoming you to a Light Bubble Retreat.  Please fill out the following form  as fully as possible to help us tailor your retreat to your needs.




Light Bubble Retreats Ltd has taken all care to ensure published information and prices are accurate however if we identify an error or omission following publication, we will inform you before confirming your booking.

The revised information will then form part of your contract. If an error or omission is discovered after your booking is made, we will always try to advise you prior to your visit. Whilst very rare, in recognition that human error may arise with regards to the verbal information provided to you, these booking conditions will always take precedence in these instances.

This will only be regarded as a final booking once your timetable and the cost of the whole retreat has been confirmed with you, and a deposit of 50% of the whole cost has been received (see below).



We must receive the completed booking form, together with the deposit and you must receive confirmation of the booking, before a booking is regarded as confirmed.  A deposit of 50% of the whole cost (including your “à la carte” therapy sessions) must be paid at the time of booking to secure it.


All monies should be paid by bank transfer to the Light Bubble Retreats bank account.

The outstanding balance is payable 14 days before the first day of the chosen retreat (NB This is always the  Monday, even if you are joining the retreat later in the week.)

Light Bubble Retreats’ Manager reserves the right to cancel a booking where full payment has not been received less than 14 days before the commencement date (again this is the first day of the retreat, not your first day attending, if coming for less than all five days).


Cancellation must be submitted in writing and signed by the same person who made the original booking. Verbal cancellation cannot be accepted.



Light Bubble Retreats reserves the right to retain your deposit for any cancellation given with  less than 14 days before the start of the chosen retreat.



We always do our best to make sure that your arrangements are satisfactory. However, we do not accept responsibility for losses or for expenses due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or any other causes.



A place on a retreat may be used by the named booker only. It may not be transferred to another person without agreement in advance from Light Bubble Retreats. Please note that you are not permitted to have guests or visitors on site during your stay.



By booking, you agree that we may collect and store personal information about you and your interactions with Light Bubble Retreats (LBR). These include: your personal contact details; gender; details of your booking and booking history, including any access and dietary needs you have told us about; records of payments (not including credit/debit cards numbers etc.); details of  any correspondence and any other information we need to keep in order to administer your booking. All personal information is kept securely on electronic systems. We do not store payment card details. We will use this information to communicate with you about your booking and we may, unless you tell us otherwise, communicate with you occasionally about our retreats. We never share or sell information about our clients with any third party, either in aggregate or in individual form.
